Year 5 explored the definition of self-belief and how this can apply to our everyday lives. They thought about how to show others they believe in themselves. Some children stood up in front of the class and did something they felt was brave. This ties in with Children’s Mental Health week as the children were finding their brave.
They also thought about how they can help others find their brave and made a pledge to try something new.
This is a wonderful example from Chai’anne’s book. It’s great to see the children getting involved in mental health activities.
Our children have a right to find things out and share what they think with others (Article 13).
