Visit To Talacre Beach

Easy Blog Photo
TodaY, 4 AR visited North Wales. We spent the day discussing habitats around Talacre beach and we were able to explore the local sand dunes. We talked about the influence of people on nature in the area and how some of the landscape had changed dramatically. After that, we had time to complete some beach combing. We had great fun finding lots of different shells, rocks and even monkey brains. In the afternoon, we completed some science investigations based on wind turbines, which we found very interesting. Then, we made our own spinning tops using various cogs. We have had a fantastic day, despite the wind and rain! 🏖😀
